Soar is a private Session with Jenn & Helen. Your initial investment is $475 for an Energy Baseline and Alignment session to assess the root of the issues and discuss the potential path to work together for deep transformation.

In a Soar session, the two of us go to the root with you and help you see what's really driving the pattern, physically, energetically and generationally.
Some patterns are so deeply hidden and impacting you so greatly that they need undivided attention to be fully recognized and released. That's what Soar is for.
Working with both of us at once is different from working with either of us alone. We tend to pick up different layers of the same pattern, and often one of us names something the other was already sensing. That back-and-forth is a big part of why these sessions go as deep as they do.

Soar sessions are limited. We offer them once a week, on Tuesdays from 2 to 3pm ET. After you check out, you will choose your date on the booking calendar, so please make sure that time works for you before you purchase. Right after payment you will be asked to create a quick account (just choose a password). That account is how you get into your booking calendar.

How a Soar Session Works
These sessions are all held remotely in the comfort of your own home. Come as you are. There's nothing you need to prepare or do beforehand.
During the session we tune into your energy and look for what's been hidden. As it comes up, we clear what no longer belongs to you and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried along the way.
